Do you offer samples?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer any free samples for our products. But all of our products come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

What happens if my order gets lost in shipping?

We only work with UPS, Fedex, and USPS for delivery which helps reduce the number of lost items. Although rare, some orders can get marked as lost by the carrier. In that case please just contact our customer support team here and one of our customer service reps will be able to process a replacement for your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to US based addresses.

How do I update my billing/shipping address?

To update your billing/shipping address simply log in to your account and navigate to manage addresses.

Please note that all orders are processed for shipping within 24-48 hours. If you do no need to update an address, please be sure to do so as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped there is nothing we can do to update your address.

What delivery couriers do you use?

We currently use a mix of reputable services, including: UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

How long will it take before my order arrives?

We try to have all orders delivered within 5-7 business days, but this does depend on your location. We do process all orders within 24-48 hours for shipping.

How much does delivery cost?

We are proud to now offer free delivery on orders over $50! For all other orders delivery is calculated at checkout based on current courier rates for your location.
