  • Take a break. Practice yoga, listen to music, meditate, get a massage or learn relaxation techniques. Take the time out to clear your head
  • Eat well-balanced meals. Do not skip any meals. Do keep healthful, energy-boosting snacks on hand.
  • Consider limiting alcohol and caffeine consumption, as these can exacerbate feelings of anxiety while also triggering panic attacks.
  • Get enough sleep. When stressed, your body needs additional sleep and rest.
  • Exercise daily to help you relax, exercise (even just a short walk!) is an incredible stress reliever.
  • Take deep breaths. Inhale and exhale slowly.
